Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

If you have booked a free ticket, please ensure you bring your 2019 or 2020 receipt showing your gift aid, or your FoBC / Historic Houses membership details when you visit.

To comply with the Governement's Track and Trace programme, we will keep everyone's contact details for 21 days.

Please can we ask that you:

• Please wash your hands after using the facilities.
